For the purposes of refinancing, foreclosures, sales of existing properties, etc., an assessment of an entire property or specific portions of a property can be provided. Our Property Condition Assessment includes a general description of the property along with all or specific selected components of existing site infrastructure, as well as the building structure, interior and exterior finishes, roofing, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. Our Property Condition Reports typically follow the recommended ASTM Standards.
Our report assessing the property’s condition will include recommendations, typically listed in order of priority. In addition, if requested, we can evaluate and comment on the expected remaining serviceable life of the various building components and can provide cost estimates for recommended repairs and/or replacement. These costs can be included in an owner’s budget for future needed capital expenditures.
